Event terms for visitors, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, and participants.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern attendance, participation, and exhibition at the Arusha Auto Show. By attending or participating, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. General

• The Event is organized by Arusha Auto Show.
• These terms apply to all visitors, exhibitors, sponsors, vendors, and participants.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

3. Admission

• Entry may require a valid ticket or registration.
• The Organizer may refuse entry or remove any individual for safety, misconduct, or non-compliance.

4. Exhibitor Participation

• Participation is subject to approval and full payment.
• Space allocation is at the discretion of the Organizer.
• Subletting or unauthorized sharing of space is prohibited.

5. Use of Space

• Exhibitors must remain within allocated space.
• Displays must be safe and professional.
• Walkways and neighboring stands must not be obstructed.

5A. Vehicle Retention, Movement Control & Enforcement

All registered vehicles must remain on-site for the full duration of each official event day. No vehicle may be removed or moved during event hours without written approval.

• Violation may result in immediate stand shutdown.
• Violation may result in removal from the Event.
• Violation may result in forfeiture of all fees with no refund.
• Violation may result in a ban from future events.

The Organizer retains full control over all vehicle movement and access points.

6. Safety & Compliance

• All participants must comply with applicable laws and safety regulations.
• Emergency routes must remain clear.
• Vendors must hold valid permits.

7. Food & Beverage

• Only approved vendors may sell food or beverages.
• Vendors must comply with health and hygiene regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All Event branding is owned by the Organizer. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Media, Photography & Publicity

The Event will be photographed and recorded.

9A. Media Consent, Image Rights & Recording

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and grant the Organizer a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use your image, likeness, and voice.

• Usage may include social media, marketing, website content, and media publications.
• You waive rights to approval or compensation.
• If you do not wish to be recorded, notify the Organizer or Event staff.
• The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to respect requests, with special care applying to minors.

10. Liability

The Organizer is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or personal injury. Participation is at your own risk.

11. Security

Security is present, but participants remain responsible for their own property.

12. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities.
• Counterfeit sales.
• Disruptive behavior.
• Unauthorized promotions.

13. Environment

• Maintain cleanliness.
• Dispose of waste responsibly.

14. Payment & Cancellation

• All payments are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled.
• The Organizer may cancel participation for non-compliance.

15. Force Majeure

The Organizer is not liable for events beyond its control, including disasters and government actions.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
